A frame containing a solid sheet of clear plastic is examined by the audience. Two playing cards are inserted into the frame either side of the plastic sheet. The magician then pushes a pencil through the frame piercing a hole in the cards and penetrating the plastic sheet. Next a silk is pushed through the hole made by the pencil. But when the cards are removed there is no trace of a hole in the plastic and the frame is again passed out for examination.
